Replacement of the StreamServe publishing platform
The Content Management Unit of DGNSI’s Digital Work Environment Directorate (ETN-GDC), which is responsible for operating the publishing platform, plans to replace the current platform in order to ensure that documents from the State of Vaud are published. Every year, DGNSI manages more than 700 document templates and generates nearly 30 million documents from 84 business applications, a volume that is constantly increasing. Since 2005, the State of Vaud has relied on a platform which, despite having supported documentary production for almost two decades, is now reaching the end of its technological life cycle. The document is the central and binding means by which the State contracts and communicates its services to citizens. In this context, the Administration Cantonale Vaudoise (ACV) must have a modern, efficient, secure and reliable publishing platform to implement its document production strategy. The project aims to replace the existing platform while maintaining the current scope of use, ensuring the sustainability and rationalisation of documentary production in the State of Vaud, and allowing to disengage from the current solution.
