The subject of the contract is the service of modernising the register of land, buildings and premises and measuring all buildings and parts of the boundaries of cadastral parcels within the cadastral area of Przyłęk, Szczekociny commune in Zawiercie County in Silesian Voivodeship. 2. The scope of the task includes in particular: 1) the establishment of three measuring warp points with accuracy of warp III class, together with permanent above-ground and underground stabilization and for the purposes of measurement if they are not found in the field, 2) after analyzing the documentation of the resource determining the course of the boundaries of cadastral parcels, supplemented by geodetic activities in the field, it is necessary to modify the coordinates of border points in accordance with § 40 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 18 August 2020 on technical standards for the performance of geodetic situational and altitude measurements and the development and transmission of the results of these measurements to the state geodetic and cartographic resource (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022, item 1670).
