Description

Auftraggeber des Projektes ist die TEN Thüringer Energienetze GmbH & Co. KG. Dieser ist ein regionaler Verteilnetzbetreiber. Die hier ausgeschriebene Bauleistung ist ein Teil-Los im Rahmen der Planung und Errichtung eines 110-kV-Umspannwerkes mit Dreifachsammelschiene. In Vorbereitung auf die Umsetzung des Ersatzneubaues sind Arbeiten zur Baufeldfreimachung bzw. Vorbereitungsarbeiten notwendig. Im Rahmen der Vorbereitungsmaßnahme sind folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: - Baustelleneinrichtung Allgemeine Baustelleneinrichtung stellen von ca. 450 m Bauzaun - Baustraßen Baustraße ungebunden: ca. 600 m² bestehenden landwirtschaftlichen Nutzweg verbreitern und aufschottern: ca. 1000 m² - Lagerfläche ungebundene Lagerfläche: ca. 2500 m² Das Baufeld ist die derzeit unbebaute landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche westlich des Umspannwerks Wolkramshausen. Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: 01.09.2026 Ausführungszeitraum: 4 - 6 Wochen
