1.The subject matter of this contract is the successive supply of sets for the preparation of radiopharmaceutical preparations for the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology - National Research Institute Branch in Gliwice. 2.Description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the annexes: 1) Assortment and price specification – Annex 2.1 to the SWZ, 2) Draft provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract – Annex 4 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority did not carry out a preliminary market consultation. 4.The Ordering Party does not provide for supplementary orders. 5. Information on joint bids by contractors is provided in Chapter IX of the SWZ. 6. The deadline for binding the offer is: 90 days. The time limit for binding a tender shall run from the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. This day is the first day of the deadline for binding the offer. The above means that the deadline for binding the offer expires on 25.06.2025. 7.
