Description

Collection and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited in the Commune of Przeciszów in 2026 Description: The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Municipality of Przeciszów, where residents reside, in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026. The collection of waste is to be carried out in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 1996, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 399) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Malopolska Region. The detailed scope of the subject-matter of the contract is presented in Annex 9 to the FTZ Description of the subject-matter of the contract.
