Description

The Federal Administration is pushing ahead with digitalisation in many areas. Today, there are numerous manual, repeatable and time-consuming activities that are already partially standardized and could therefore be automated. The implementation of automation technologies such as Digital Process Automation (DPA), Business Process Automation (BPA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) enables more efficient completion of upcoming tasks and leads to an increase in efficiency and effectiveness. Our goal is also to establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) for automation. The CoE is designed to ensure that we can provide the best possible support in the adoption and use of automation technologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness gains in federal administration and beyond.
