The subject of the contract is: 1. Provision of telecommunications services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party. The telecommunications services provided are to provide, inter alia: voice (outgoing and incoming domestic, international and roaming calls), text (SMS), multimedia (MMS), access to Internet resources. The Contractor will be obliged to provide access to mobile telephony networks in an area of not less than 97% of the country, at a level enabling the free implementation of voice transmission (outgoing and incoming national, international calls) and the provision of data transmission services: text (SMS), multimedia (MMS), Internet access. 2. Delivery of brand new 6820 pieces of mobile phones and accessories in the basic order, as well as in the order in the option law: 1000pcs mobile phones and accessories. 3. Provision of 8506 SIM cards (6820 voice activations with eSIM, 1546 mobile Internet activations and 140 M2M activations), delivery of 100 inactive cards in the basic order, as well as 1332 units in the option law (1116 voice activations with eSIM, 171 mobile Internet activations and 45 M2M activations). 3. Grouping all mobile numbers and indicated landlines into one corporate network; 4. Providing service and warranty service for the delivered equipment and services along with technical support and supervision of the order.
