The contract was divided into two lots, constituting separate contracts: PART I: preparing and issuing meals (two-course lunches) in catering establishments designated in the City of Poznań on the basis of a document (PEKA card); planned annual number of meals – 55 646. A detailed description of the conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the model contract for Part I, which constitutes Annex 14 to the FTZ.
