The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of care services, hereinafter referred to as ‘services’, as referred to in the Act of 12.3.2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1507, as amended), for persons requiring assistance at the place of residence – the Warsaw Social Assistance Centres, who, because of their age, illness or other reasons, require and are deprived of the assistance of other persons.
