"Servicii de reparaţie planificată tip RTG, înlocuire roți monobloc, osii-ax, discuri de frână si coroane disc de frana uzate complet sau defecte la osiile montate, reconditionari/inlocuiri de subansamble/piese/materiale constatate pe fluxul de reparatie ca necesar a fi efectuate la vagoanele de călători seria 1983."
Operatorul economic va putea solicita clarificari cu 18 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, entitatea contractanta raspunzand in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor.
