Framework agreement screening of field blocks and associated map themes
In the tender, SGAV will allocate the screening part of a large part of the field blocks and associated map themes to be first processed to the supplier. This screening shall be carried out in accordance with specific guidelines, cf. this Annex 1 (Description of Situation) and Annex 3 (Screeningsin Instructions). This involves screening a limited number of field blocks of 60 000 to 120 000 per year, as SGAV itself handles certain field blocks, for example due to their high complexity, if there are amendments to the field block or if analyses show that there is a high probability that the field block or an associated map theme needs to be corrected. After the supplier's screening, SGAV will itself edit the field blocks and associated map themes where editing is needed. However, the supplier shall update certain attribute data for all the screened field blocks as described in Annex 4 (Cutting description). Assessment of the field blocks and the corresponding map themes by the supplier shall be based in particular on ortho-photos from the last three years, certain attribute data on the field blocks and the corresponding map themes, as well as the field drawings provided by the applicants.
