Description

The works for the creation of the Maison de Roquefort and its associated facilities are divided into 10 lots defined by the CCAP. This consultation concerns only the relaunch of lot 04 following the default (judicial liquidation) of the winning company. The programme of the operation provides for: * Overall fitting-out of public spaces and works: - Creation and development of a new square and the House of Roquefort, as well as their access and links by lifts, external stairs and works of art from the car park and towards the top of the village, - Necessary networks, lighting, lighting are included - Demolitions made necessary by the project - Works of art and supports made necessary (tunnel, gallery, well, walkway and retaining walls) - Demolition and structural comfort * Renovation, construction and scenography of buildings for an estimated surface area of around 800 m2: - The house of Roquefort and its public toilets. At the start of the on-site work on this lot, the vast majority of the other lots on this site of the so-called "Maison de Roquefort works and its associated fitting-outs" will normally be accepted with corresponding works, the vast majority of which have been completed and/or are in the process of being completed. The interventions for Lot 04 will therefore be carried out almost autonomously but in connection with Lots 05, 08 and 10. Execution studies have been carried out and will have to be taken into account, others are still to be carried out (see CCAP and document C-1-5).
