Description

The subject of the contract is the performance of inspections together with the assessment of the technical condition and safety of hydrotechnical facilities in the administration of the Lwówek Śląski Basin Management Board, in accordance with Art. 1, Act of July 7, 1994. Construction law, i.e. (Journal of Laws 2024, item 725) and Article 189 of the Water Law Act of 20 July 2017 (Journal Journal of Laws 2024, item 1087). A detailed indication of the location of hydrotechnical facilities is provided in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
