Description

The public procurement procedure concerned the supply of foodstuffs for the needs of the Buratino State Forestry Directorate in Plovdiv and included a total of four lots: - lot № 1 "Delivery of milk and dairy food products"; - lot № 2 "Supplies of meat and meat food products, fish and eggs"; - lot № 3 "Supplies of bread and pasta"; and - lot № 4 "Supplies of fruit and vegetable preserves and packaged food products". Supplies of food products are intended to: providing quality, healthy and nutritious food to children attending the childcare facility; Providing proper nutrition regime for children, taking into account the requirements of the Health Act and the normative acts on its implementation; Improving the quality and conditions under which children's nutrition is carried out; Increasing the speed of delivery when food products are needed. The execution of all deliveries under the subject of the contract will be carried out upon prior request by the Director of the kindergarten or by an official authorized by him. The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, shall be in accordance with: the draft contract; the technical specification; the Contractor's technical and price proposals for each lot.
