The Gerechtsgebouw Utrecht was completed in 2000 and is a composition of various new and 2 existing buildings, namely building part H (construction year 1903) and building part G (construction year 1893/ Rijksmonument). Since 2017, an integral maintenance and refurbishment programme has been running in 4 phases. This call for tenders concerns phase 4a, the Security Measures project. This project covers all building parts of the court building with the exception of building part H (perimeter of building part H is within the scope). Surface area: approximately 38,000 m2 bvo
