The subject-matter of this contract is: construction and completion of works involving the construction of a sanitary sewerage system carried out under contract 10 entitled: ‘Contract 10 – Sanitary Canalisation in Skarżysku-Kamiennej’, co-financed by the European Union – Cohesion Fund – co-financing agreement No POIS.01.01.00-00-127/09, implemented according to the ‘FIDIC contract terms – Red book for construction works designed by the Contracting Authority’, published by the Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC), PO Box 311, CH-1215 Geneva 15, fourth English-Polish edition not amended 2008 – SIDiR (Translation of the first edition of 1999)
The contract shall cover the following tasks:
— Stage A – Task 22 – Sanitary channels in ul. Millenniums from ul. Piłsudski do ul. At issue in Skarżyek-Kamienna,
— Stage B – Task 23 – Sanitary channels in ul. Wesoła in the area of ul. The market in Skarżysko-Kamienna,
— Stage C – Task 24 – Sanitary channels in the area of ul. Track in Skarżysko-Kamienna,
— Stage D – Task 25 – Sanitary channels in ul. Forest in Skarżyek Kościelny,
— Stage E – Task 26 – Sanitary Collector ‘C’ – section under PKP tracks from ul. Szydłowiecka to ul. Kościuszki w Skarżysko-Kamiennej.
