Description

: This contract is a service and supply contract whose main purpose is to provide services for the preparation of meals produced in hot and cold connection for the inhabitants, visitors and staff of the Résidence Roi Baudouin, the Résidence-services Val des Epinettes and the short stay Adrienne Gommers (meal preparation for 188 inhabitants, 7 days a week, including public holidays). The residence has 188 inhabitants: 100 per cent in the SRM section (house of rest and care), 59 in the MRPA section (house of rest for the elderly) and 29 beds in short-stay units. It also includes: - the preparation of festive meals, receptions and the like for residents and staff members; - the supply of beverages and foodstuffs for the cafeteria, meetings, snacks and culinary activities. This market is situated in a perspective of sustainable food, namely a healthy and balanced diet, whose impacts on the environment are reduced and whose production and marketing are carried out in compliance with social and ethical rules. By awarding prices in accordance with these general and specific terms and conditions, each tenderer acknowledges that it has inquired about all the charges which may be incumbent on it in order to meet the requirements of this contract. It will take into account its impact in terms of compliance and compliance with hygiene and safety standards in production kitchen premises, storage rooms and reserves. He/she will also be responsible for familiarising himself/herself with the techniques and legal provisions and for supervising his/her staff directly attached to the kitchen and the adjudicator’s staff assigned to the room service and the floors of the residences for the distribution of meals, with a view to ensuring perfect operation and maximum efficiency at service level within a legal framework.
