Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of expert services - selection of 4 medical experts in the field of nephrology. Part 1: Provision of expert service - 1 chief medical expert in the field of nephrology. Part 2: Provision of expert service - 1 auxiliary medical expert in the field of nephrology. Part 3: Provision of expert service - 1 chief medical expert in the field of pediatric nephrology. Part 4: Provision of expert service - 1 auxiliary medical expert in the field of pediatric nephrology. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as ‘OPZ’ or ‘SoPZ’), including a description of the minimum requirements in a given lot, is attached as Annex 2 to the FTZ. 3. The order must be executed in full in accordance with the requirements set out in the FTZ, the OPZ and the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU), which are annexes to the FTZ.
