Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung - ALG 1-8, LPH 3-8 gem. § 53 ff HOAI 2021, bei stufenweiser Beauftragung.
Die Gemeinde Karlshuld plant die Gesamtsanierung der Mehrzweckhalle mit energetischer Sanierung der Gebäudehülle, Sanierung und Erneuerung der Anlagentechnik, brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung und Herstellung der Barrierefreiheit.
