Name of the contract: ‘Provision of a service for the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential and non-residential properties in the part concerning cottages created in the territory of 4 (four) municipalities in the Śląskie Province’. 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport and management of the indicated municipal waste from all residential and non-residential properties in the part concerning cottages located in the Communes – Participants of the Ordering Group, equipping single-family and summer properties with bags and containers for bio-waste and ash, equipping multi-family properties with containers and receiving, transport and management of the indicated waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. The Contracting Authority – Participants in the Contracting Authority’s Group – points out that single-family properties are equipped with containers for collecting mixed waste. 2. The following will be covered by the pick-up, transport and development service: 1) directly before the property: non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01); segregated waste:  Collected plastics, metals, multi-material packaging (15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99); paper and waste paper (15 01 01, 20 01 01); glass and glass packaging (15 01 07, 20 01 02); biodegradable waste and biodegradable kitchen waste (20 01 08, 20 02 01); ash (ex 20 01 99); bulky waste (20 03 07, 15 01 03); e) construction and demolition waste ( 17 01 07, 17 02 03, 17 03 80, 17 06 04, 17 01 80, 17 09 04) – as additional services to the owner’s declaration transmitted through the Municipality; 2) at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point: expired medicines (20 01 31*, 20 01 32); waste ineligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes (ex 20 01 99); c) aggregated plastics, metals and multi-material packaging - (15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99); paper and waste paper (15 01 01, 20 01 01); glass and glass packaging (15 01 07, 17 02 02, 20 01 02); waste batteries and accumulators (20 01 33*, 20 01 34); fluorescent lamps/luminescent lamps (20 01 21*); chemicals (15 01 10*, 20 01 13*, 20 01 26*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30); bulky waste (15 01 03, 20 03 07); construction waste collected in separate containers, broken down into:  rubble (17 01 01, 17 01 02),  construction waste collected together, including sanitary fittings (17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 09 04),  polystyrene (17 02 03, 17 06 04),  mineral wool (17 06 04),  papa (17 03 80); bio-waste for biodegradable waste from gardens (20 02 01); (l) worn tyres (16 01 03); textiles and clothing (20 01 11, 20 01 10). 3. When performing the service, the Contractor is obliged to provide: 1) separately collected municipal waste for waste recovery or disposal installations; 2) mixed municipal waste directly to the municipal installation. 4. The order must be completed on time: From the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027 (In the case of extension of the tender procedure, the starting date will be from the date of conclusion of the contract). 5.
