Description

Hankinnan kohteena ovat päihdekuntoutujien asumispalvelut. Tässä hankinnassa näillä asumispalveluilla tarkoitetaan tehostettua palveluasumista, palveluasumista, tukiasumista ja tuettua asumista. Päihdekuntoutujien asumispalveluita hankitaan Kangasalan, Nokian ja Ylöjärven kaupunkien sekä Lempäälän, Pirkkalan, ja Vesilahden kuntien (jäljempänä Tilaajat) tarpeisiin.
Ostettava asumispalvelun määrä vaihtelee sopimuskauden aikana asiakastarpeen mukaisesti.
Tämän kilpailutuksen perusteella tehtävät sopimukset koskevat sekä uusia alkavia, että Tilaajien tällä hetkellä voimassa olevia asiakassuhteita. Vanhoja asiakkaita ei siirretä uusiin asumisyksiköihin, ellei asiakas sitä itse toivo tai hänen toimintakykynsä sitä edellytä.
