Description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the design of a sanitary sewerage system allowing the discharge of sanitary waste water from the eastern part of the municipality of Stare Babice to the existing waste water treatment plant in Starych Babicach. The network should be designed taking into account the attached 2014 concept.
At the same time, on the basis of the concept, the Contracting Authority allows the use of alternative design solutions that will allow the investment to be carried out with maximum investment costs and subsequent exploitation costs.
Discharge hoses from waste water pumping stations shall be so designed that they can be carried out as far as possible by horizontal HDD drilling, provided that two-layer RC-type tubes with increased strength of the manufacturer Wavin, KWH, Rehau or equivalent are used.
In order to allow for proper operation, the systems with the current inflow of waste water in the 2014 Concept were proposed to discharge waste water from the planned pumping station with two pressure hoses of 2 x Ø 225. Indicative length of pressure pipes Ø 225 from the planned pumping station to the waste water treatment plant (as defined in 2014):
Option I – ca. 2 210 m,
Option II – ca. 2 435 m,
Option IIIA – ca. 2 265 m,
Option IIIB – approx.2 115 m.
Indicative length of designed pressure ducts:
— Ø160 ca. 409 m,
— Ø125 ca. 270 m,
— Ø110 ca.298 m.
Indicative length of planned gravity cables:
— Ø400 ca.460 m.
2. The activity consists of:
(1) Execution of the complete design documentation together with all arrangements.
2) Safety and health information.
(3) Investor’s measurement and cost estimate including the total costs of implementing the investment.
4) Provision of full documentation for the project in writing and on a CD medium.
5) Achieving a decision on environmental conditions for a given project.
6) Achieving a building permit decision.
3. Description of the contracting authority’s requirements in relation to the subject matter of the contract.
The sanitary sewerage system must be designed and constructed from solid PVC-U SN8 pipes and shapes with Wavin’s elongated germ or equivalent. The transverse passages under the ditches shall be carried out by means of horizontal controlled drilling in protective steel tubes. INTEGRA foetuses and manshes or equivalent should be used. The channels must be armed with the TEGRA 425, Tegra 600, Tegra 1000, all with Wavin’s adjustable bullets or equivalent. Wifabet concrete wells or equivalents should be held in Predl or equivalent. The walls of the concrete wells should be painted with epoxy resins. All designed PVC-U tubes and shapes are to be combined with gaskets of the FORSHEDA type 582 or equivalent.
The integration of fi 160 channels into the main channel fi 200 shall be designed as follows:
— up to a depth of 2.5 m ppt, a tricycle may be used,
— from 2.5 m ppt to 3.5 m ppt wells fi 425 Tegra or equivalent shall be used,
— below a depth of 3.5 m ppt, fi 600 Tegra or equivalent wells shall be used.
Non-excavated passages shall be carried out by horizontal controlled drilling, which consists of two-stage work: Stage I – Drawing a pilot run with continuous measurement of the drop and direction, ensuring that the haul is carried out in a very precise manner with all the assumed parameters. Stage II – installation of the casing tube as documented. Then introduce a PVC tube on Integra’s or equivalent trunks at the end of the steel tube. This method shall be applied when the cable is located under roads, entrances and other hardened surfaces, as well as in places where the opencast method will irreversibly destroy the existing property development.
Compressor piping shall be designed from PE SDR 17 Wavin tubes or equivalent butt-bed for prospective waste water volumes. The contracting authority allows a change in piping assembly technology to a non-excavated (horizontal HDD-controlled reprocessed) subject to the use of double-layer RC-type tubes with increased strength of the manufacturer Wavin, KWH, Rehau or equivalent.
At cable breaks of 45° and above, a Wifabet or equivalent internal diameter of at least 1 200 mm shall be designed with an internal diameter of 1 200 mm with a manhole of Hydrotec Technologies ECON or equivalent 600 mm diameter fitted with the Le Havle fittings or equivalent to allow duct cleaning.
General requirements for the planned waste water pumping station:
(a) The size of the prefabricated pumping tank and the selection of pumps shall be designed taking into account the planned amount of waste water.
b) Pumping pumps with a full rotor pitch of Grundfos or equivalent, handle with ball-return valves and cut-off-gates (Havle or equivalent) for waste water.
(C) A VAG or equivalent shall be fitted on the gravity supply.
(D) View the possibility of connecting the mobile power generator.
(e) Pumping stations shall be equipped with pumping devices.
(F) The entry of the pumping station and the hardening of the pumping station should allow the entry of equipment (lift, senation car). The surface shall be made from a pitch of 8 cm on a sand cement ballast of 3 cm. Wiśniowski system fencing or equivalent.
4. The project documentation shall consist of:
(1) Complete construction and implementation projects covering all sectors, including all arrangements and studies to obtain a building permit – 5 egz.
(2) obtaining a decision on the environmental conditions for the consent of the project.
3) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works – 1 eg.
4) Geotechnical documentation (the test holes shall be positioned at a distance of not more than 100 m relative to each other and be made to a depth appropriate to the plantation of the planned tube, i.e.:1 m below the plantation of the planned tube) – 2 copies.
5) bills of works and cost estimates for investors – 2 copies.
5. The Contractor must agree with the Contracting Authority on the type of materials and equipment used to design the subject of the contract.
6. The performance of the subject-matter of the contract must comply with the applicable building law, technical knowledge, technical standards, applicable legislation, the purpose for which it is intended to serve and taking into account the new legal conditions which will exist until the date of completion of the subject-matter of the contract.
