Am Bahnhof Herisau wird für die Realisierung des Projekts PU Ost und Perronverbreiterung ein Unternehmer gesucht. Das Projekt umfasst folgende Hauptarbeiten: * Neubau Personenunterführung Ost inkl. Zugänge aufs Mittelperron mittels Fertigelementen, Betonvolumen ca. 300 m3. PBD Abdichtung und Hartbeton, Treppen und Rampe in Ortbeton, Granitsteinstufen * Neubau inkl. Verbreiterung Mittelperron sowie Anpassung Hausperron; Perronwinkel P55: ca. 650 m’ * Rühlwandarbeiten ca. 450 m2 * Belagsarbeiten ca. 1100 t * Fundationsschichten ca. 2500 m3 * Stahlbauarbeiten für Perrondächer: ca. 115 t, 12 Einzelfundamente * Holzbauarbeiten für Perrondächer: ca. 2300 m2 * Flachdachabdichtung mit Extensivbegrünung: ca. 2300 m2, ca. 600 m Dachrand * Fahrleitungsmastfundamente ca. 10 Stk. * Gleisbau ca. 1000 m (Unter- und Oberbausanierung) mit bituminöser Sperrschicht inkl. Lieferung Fundationsschicht und Schotter, bauseitige Lieferung Schienen/Schwellen * Erneuerung von 4 Weichen exkl. Weichenlieferung * Gleisentwässerung ca. 700 m * Kabelkanal ca. 780 m * Ortbetonarbeiten mit ca. 520 m3 Betonvolumen mit Betonverbundfolie * Personenunterstand 1 Stk., Provisorien * Geländer ca. 270 m’
