Description

The subject of this contract is services for the project ‘BESIP awareness-raising campaigns on selected offences on social media and online’, consisting in the provision of online campaigns on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, YouTube of a separate BESIP department and on selected websites or platforms. The detailed specification of the subject-matter of this contract and the contracting authority’s specific technical requirements for the subject-matter of this contract are set out in the draft contract, in particular in its Annex 2 – Qualitative Parameters. The contracting authority shall provide that the contract is not to be divided into lots within the meaning of Section 35 of the Act. Suppliers shall submit their tender for the entire subject-matter of this contract as required in the procurement documents. The contracting authority shall stipulate that performance shall commence after the conclusion of the specific contract on the date on which the contract enters into force and shall end on 31. 12. 2025 or until the financial volume of CZK 10 524 793.39 excluding VAT is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
