Prestations attendues: assurer un service d'astreinte téléphonique relatif à des pannes techniques ou sinistres ou événements (dysfonctionnements Sociaux) survenant sur le patrimoine de l'Opac du Rhône, et traiter les interventions d'urgence (dépannages et mesures conservatoires); mise en oeuvre d'une solution de téléphonie adaptée pour le traitement des flux d'appels. Assurer les prestations d'intervention technique et de dépannage qualifiées d'urgentes (hors dysfonctionnements sociaux) sur site ; faire disparaître le caractère d'urgence en prenant les mesures conservatoires appropriées, ou le réduire à un niveau acceptable ; rendre compte des interventions réalisées. Prestation exceptionnelle de mise à disposition d'appareils de chauffage électrique mobile 24:00/24 en période de chauffe ; stockage des appareils
