Предметът на обществената поръчка е услуги по следгаранционно сервизно и техническо обслужване, профилактика, диагностика и ремонт на багер-товарачи JCB, модел 4 CX, собственост на ЮЦДП — Смолян, за срок от 24 месеца.
В обхвата на услугите по следгаранционна сервизно и техническо обслужване се включват следните основни дейности:
— профилактика, диагностика и ремонт на багер-товарачите марка JCB, модел 4CX,
— доставка на нови, оригинални, неупотребявани и нерециклирани резервни части и консумативи за 10 бр. багер-товарачи марка JCB, модел 4CX, предоставени за стопанисване на ТП „ДГС Смилян“, ТП „ДГС Акад. „Николай Хайтов“, ТП „ДГС Панагюрище“, ТП „ДГС Славейно“, ТП „ДГС Клисура“, ТП „Алабак“, ТП „ДГС Батак“, ТП „ДГС Смолян“ и ТП „ДЛС Тракия“, попадащи в териториалния обхват на ЮЦДП — Смолян, описани в техническата спецификация (приложение № 1), неразделна част от настоящата документация.
