Description

Construction team for the design and realization of a mobility and meeting hub for De Fellingen phase 1. A construction team phase is completed, after which the realization phase is carried out by agreement on the basis of a construction contract – UAV-gc. Hub De Fellingen is one of the three intended parking facilities, which must be developed as a mobility hub. It should be an overall concept with a dual purpose: realising parking facilities, but also a tool to promote social cohesion (meeting place). For the total concept to succeed, the municipality is convinced that at least part of the park and the first mobility hub must be realized as soon as the first residents start living in the area. Residents should consciously opt for the total concept and not be able to park first on a construction road and later in the Hub.
