The order is divided into parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the invitation. 5. The Contractor is obliged to appoint a person (Expert/Expert) to perform the contract who meets the minimum substantive requirements set out in Annex 1 to the invitation for a given part of the contract. The minimum substantive requirements are those relating to education, qualifications and experience which must be met by the person designated to perform the contract, as appropriate, within a given part of the contract. All terms used in Annex 1 to the invitation should be understood in accordance with the applicable rules, if these terms are defined in the text of the applicable legal acts.
