Description

Im Bergwerk zur Erkundung des Salzstockes Gorleben sollen Bohrungen bis ca. 1 300 m Teufe erstellt werden. Da nicht auszuschließen ist, dass Lösungs-/Gaszutritte auftreten, sind die Bohrungen mit Bohrlochausbruchsicherungen (BOP) zu versehen. Aufgrund des anstehenden Druckgradienten sind diese auf 5 000 psi auszulegen. Da die Bohrungen von unter Tage hergestellt werden, kommen auch die BOP’s dort zum Einsatz. Durch die geringen Platzverhältnisse ist eine max. Bauhöhe der Kombination Dreh-/Annularpreventer und Doppelbackenpreventer von 2,3 m ab Bodenflansch einzuhalten. Die Anschlussgröße ist auf 7 1/16“ auszulegen.
Der Transport unter Tage und das Umsetzen der Bohrlochausbruchsicherungseinrichtungen sowie des dazugehörigen Equipments muss bauseits mit Gabelstaplern erfolgen. Entsprechend sind die Bohrlochausbruchsicherungseinrichtungen in Modulbauweise mit Transportrahmen bzw. Aufnahmen für Gabelzinken vorzusehen.
