Construction of a five-sto-storey parental-child centre in modules, with outpatient clinics, nursing stations, neonatology, crash room and OP area with a gross floor area of approximately 10 100 m² and a gross floor area of approximately 2 300 m² as a general contractor service.
The turnkey module construction, which is the subject of this invitation to tender, is based on structural reinforced concrete cellar and connects to the existing house 32 children’s clinic by means of an intermediate structure built in the carcass.
