Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and commissioning of analytical and laboratory equipment for IUNG in Puławy, divided into 22 lots. 2. The contracting authority in accordance with Art. 1 of the PPL Act allows the submission of partial tenders divided into 22 lots, as follows: 2.1. lot 1 of the order - Sample feeder for the NMR Bruker apparatus together with the control computer 2.2. lot 2 of the order - Cryogenic mill 2.3. lot 3 of the order - Mill with a set of additional vessels 2.4. lot 4 of the order - UV/VIS spectrophotometer 2.5. lot 5 of the order - Muffle furnace with the possibility of connecting inert gas 2.6. lot 6 of the order - Particle size analyzer 2.7. lot 7 of the order - Laser analyzer for measuring the granulometric composition of soils 2.8. lot 8 of the order - Microwave Mineralizer 2.9. lot 9 of the order - System for measuring the concentration of DNA, RNA and proteins 2.10. lot 10 of the order - Laboratory system for the production of ultrapure water 2.11. lot 11 of the order - System for amplification of DNA 2.12. lot 12 of the order - System for automatic isolation of nucleic acids 2.13. lot 13 - Fluid ice generator 2.14. lot 14 of the order - Laminar chamber with horizontal air flow 2.15. lot 15 of the order - Part 15 of the order - Swenator. NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) DNA/RNA sequencing system 2.16. lot 16 – Biologist System. System for the automatic identification and incubation of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, yeasts and fungi with a module for phenotypic characterisation 2.17. lot 17 of the contract – MALDI-TOF. System for automatic and rapid identification of microorganisms using mass spectrometry 2.18. lot 18 of the order - Anaerobic chamber 2.19. lot 19 of the order - Centrifuge 2.20. lot 20 of the order - Atomic absorption spectrometer 2.21. lot 21 of the order - Spectrometer ICP-OES 2.22. lot 22 of the order - Horizontal shaker 3. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes, in particular: 1) delivery of brand new equipment, coming from current production and not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation, coming from the official distribution channels of the manufacturer, ensuring, in particular, the implementation of the warranty rights of the equipment in the scope specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ together with their transport, insertion and assembly (if applicable) and setting at the place indicated by the Ordering Party, By the term used by the Ordering Party: ‘Factory new’ should in particular be adopted: 1.1) manufactured by the manufacturer of the offered equipment; 1.2) not modified after leaving the production line; 1.3) without traces of tampering with the factory version; 1.4) unused, 1.5) without traces of use, full-value, non-regenerated; 1.6) complete, free from structural, material, executive and legal defects, 1.7) technically efficient, safe, complete and ready to work, as well as meeting safety standards in force in Poland. 1.8) authorised for marketing and use in the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable law; 1.9) having the original specification, the warranty card of the device manufacturer. 1.10) bearing the serial number, manufacturer's symbol. In particular, an appliance/equipment manufactured not earlier than 2025 should be recognised by the contracting authority as ‘derived from current production’. 2) providing with the order the required instructions (if applicable), 3) providing technical and utility documentation related to the subject of the order, 4) providing with the order warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary for the proper operation of wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper functioning of the product), 5) cleaning the premises after assembly and installation and installation of equipment, 6) conducting training on the operation of equipment for the indicated employees of the Ordering Party (applies to devices for which such a need is provided in the detailed description of the subject of the contract), 7) costs of transport and insurance of the delivered equipment are borne by the Contractor, 8) all electrical components of the offered equipment must correspond to the Polish power standard, 9) The Contractor will be liable to the Ordering Party for being entitled to market the software installed in the offered equipment and for the fact that the Ordering Party, as a result of the conclusion of the contract, will be entitled to use, in ordinary use, all software delivered with the offered equipment, 10) the Contractor is responsible for the entire order, including its course and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical, quality and applicable legal provisions. 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the size, scope, type and size of deliveries, the terms of warranty, service, are set out in Chapter 4 of the FTZ (OPTION OF THE CONTRACT), the Compilation of Technical and Quality Requirements (Annex No 1 to the FTZ), the draft contract (Annex No 2 to the FTZ).
