Description

Hankinnan tavoitteena on hankkia Taloushallinnon järjestelmäkokonaisuus SaaS-palveluna, jolla Monetra tarjoaa taloushallinnon järjestelmäpalveluita asiakkailleen.
Monetra-konserni hankkii järjestelmän itselleen, ja käyttää sitä osana kokonaispalvelutuotantoaan. Käytön laajuuden odotetaan kasvavan vuosien aikana siten, että ensimmäisen reilun vuoden aikana järjestelmä käyttöönotetaan kahdelle EnsiAsiakkaalle; alustavan suunnitelman mukaan Monetra-konsernille, jossa 5 kpl osakeyhtiöitä sekä yhden pääomistaja-asiakkaan palvelutuotantoon. Tämän käyttöönottovaiheen jälkeen järjestelmä käyttöönotetaan nykyisen suunnitelman mukaan n. 130 Monetran asiakkaan palvelutuotantoon ns. rollout -käyttöönotoissa n. 5 vuoden aikana. Järjestelmän käyttö ja käyttövolyymit täten kasvavat näiden vuosien aikana täyteen määrään.
