The University Hospital Frankfurt is planning to procure, implement and maintain a platform for digital discharge and transition management as part of funding item 2 of the Hospital Future Act. The subject of the procurement project is the award of a contract for the provision, implementation and operation of a KHZG-compliant platform for discharge and transition management including the necessary interfaces for connection to the existing hospital information system (HIS) of Dedalus. The provision of the necessary interfaces on the part of Dedalus is a duty of cooperation on the part of the client.
