Hanke eesmärgiks on raamlepingu sõlmimine mitme pakkujaga side ja juhtimissõidukite ja nendesse sidesüsteemide integreerimise ning välja ehitamine koos sidepaigaldiste remondi- ja hooldusteenusega. Kavandatav hanke hõlmab endas integreerimise ja ehitustöid, sellega seotud projekteerimise (sealhulgas ka raadiotehnilised koostoime arvutused), konstrueerimise ja joonestamise töid, paigaldusdetailide tootmist (vajadusel ka üksikult), integreeritud sidesüsteemide varuosade tootmist või tarnet. Pakkuja teostab Kaitseväe sõidukitele (furgoonid, konteinerid, soomukid, tankid jne) side- ja juhtimis võimekuse tekitamiseks ümber- või juurdeehitused vastavalt tehnilisele kirjeldusele.
