Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of network equipment, i.e.: 1.48 port (L3) managed network switch - 25 pcs. (including 13 pcs. – basic contract and 12 items - "optional" order) 2.24 port (L2) managed network switch - 30 pcs. (of which 15 pcs. – basic contract and 15 pcs. - "optional" order) 3.24 port (L3) managed network switch - 1 pc 4.48 port (L2) managed network switch - 10 pcs. 5.Firewall hardware firewall - 4 pcs. (including 2 pcs. – basic contract and 2 pcs. - order "optional") 6.Network switch with equipment -12 pcs. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the part of the contract referred to as an ‘optional contract’ is a right and not an obligation of the Contracting Authority. The contracting authority may not exercise the right of option, in particular in the event of failure to obtain funds for this purpose. The provisions relating to the ‘option right’ are contained in Paragraph 1 of the model contract – Annex 6B to the SWZ. 2Assortment purchased under the optional order will be the same as purchased under the basic order, and the gross unit price of equipment purchased under the basic order and the optional order will be the same. Delivery of equipment will take place on the basis of partial orders – within 21 days from the date of the order, in accordance with § 3 of the model contract.
