Description

The new building includes, in addition to offices, a listening room and archives and mech. Workshops and, where appropriate, chem. Laboratories.
The new building may be carried out in two stages, with the construction of a base building (baseline and ground floor) and subsequent reinforcement. The main usable area will be approximately 2 300 m². The contracting authority intends to award the following planning service for buildings, LPH 1 to 8 and optional LPH 9 in accordance with Section 34 of Part 3 of the HOAI (2013). Initially, services will only be contracted up to Phase 2. It is intended to phase out the further phases of performance. There is no legal right to transfer the further stages of the benefit.
