Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: dostawa części zamiennych do sprzętu inżynieryjnego wg zestawienia asortymentowo-ilościowego zawartego w formularzu ofertowym zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ.
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i wymagania do niego znajdują się
w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (wraz załącznikami) stanowiących Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – projektowane postanowienia umowy wraz z załącznikami.
Zakres opcjonalny zamówienia: Zamawiający informuje, iż przewiduje udzielenie zamówień opcjonalnych zgodnie z zapisami projektowanych postanowień umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
