Description

The target of the procurement is services related to brand and marketing development and management, planning, implementation and consulting for different target groups. The City of Helsinki's brand work and marketing are based on the City Strategy and Helsinki's brand guidelines. From the brand guidelines, brand architecture defines how the actors in the urban group implement the Helsinki brand. The users of the service are each responsible for planning, implementing and developing the marketing of their own operations and services. The users of the service are the City of Helsinki's central administration and divisions, as well as the shareholders of Helsingin Yhtiöhankinta Oy who have separately registered for the acquisition. A framework contract shall be established for the procurement. Four suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement, unless there are fewer qualified suppliers. The estimated maximum value of the acquisition is EUR 6 million (VAT 0%). The estimated value includes the actual contract period of 2 years and possible option periods of 1+1 years.
