Description

The functional management of the eHRM application is currently carried out by the Contracting Authority. Upon review, it was decided to extend the Agreement to include the functional management of the eHRM application. The contracting authority structurally lacks the necessary capacity and expertise to continue to carry out functional management adequately. The contracting authority therefore intends to have the functional management provided by the contractor within the Agreement until 14 October 2028. An hourly effort of two (2) to four (4) hours per week is assumed for the Contracting Authority and per affiliated participant with an option to extend it to a maximum of eight (8) hours per week for the Contracting Authority and per affiliated participant. The total costs for this proposed extension are € 180,000.00 excluding VAT per year based on an hourly commitment of four (4) hours per week for the Contracting Authority and per associated participant. Should the Contracting Authority decide to extend the functional management in addition, the total costs for this intended extension will amount to a maximum of € 360,000,00 excluding VAT per year based on an hourly commitment of eight (8) hours per week for the Contracting Authority and per associated participant.
