The V1t building is located in the meat products sector of Rungis International Market. This pavilion is dedicated to the sale of tripier products. It is subject to health approval. The contract relates more particularly to the cleaning and disinfection of the common areas on the ground floor and R+1 and attic including: market alley, sanitary facilities, side passages, corridors, waste room on an area of approximately 3500 m2. The Holder undertakes to carry out the task entrusted to him/her in strict compliance with the rules of the art, as well as any applicable laws and regulations, in particular as regards: - Compliance with hygiene provisions; - the health approval of the establishment; - The use of cleaning and disinfection products. The contract also covers: - Maintenance of the common sewerage network; - Maintenance of the pressurised hot water production and distribution facility necessary to carry out the cleaning and disinfection services; - Pest and insect control; - Maintenance of fluid metering equipment and invoicing of fluids to the concessionaires occupying the V1t building. The methods and products used shall be subject to approval by the veterinary services.
