Description

De opdrachtgever wenst met de opdrachtnemer een overeenkomst m.b.t. het ontwerp, de uitvoering en plaatsing van het boektransportsysteem voor de nieuwe stadsbibliotheek in het gebouw van de nieuwe stadsbibliotheek op de site Waalse Krook af te sluiten. De overeenkomst omvat tevens een onderhouds- en dienstverleningsovereenkomst (service level agreement). De opdracht wordt gekwalificeerd als een combinatie van werken en diensten.
De onderhoudsovereenkomst kan lopen over een periode van 10 jaar na de definitieve oplevering.
