Description

Předmětem této zakázky je poskytování energetických služeb se zaručeným výsledkem (úspory provozních nákladů souvisejících s užitím energií - dále jen služby) pro objekty ve vlastnictví města Olomouc.
V rámci zakázky bude poskytovatelem služeb dopracován návrh energeticky úsporných opatření. Realizace energeticky úsporných opatření ve smyslu této zakázky zahrnuje tyto úkony
dodávka a montáž navržených úsporných opatření na klíč,
energetický management (služby zahrnující trvalé sledování a vyhodnocování dosahovaných úspor energie) po dobu trvání smluvního vztahu, včetně kontroly instalovaného zařízení,
poskytnutí záruky za dosažení předpokládaných úspor,
sledování a vyhodnocování dosažených výsledků po dobu trvání smluvního vztahu.
