Description

The subject of the contract is the design of a 85-seat accommodation establishment for elderly people on the site of the Green Cross in Saumur.
A demolition phase of existing buildings will precede the construction phase of the building.
The social residence and the completion of an additional 10 places for the EHPAD are provided in optional tranches.
The Saumur Habitat OPH will be the contracting authority for the operation. The CCAS of the City of Saumur will manage the EHPAD. The social residence will be managed by Adapei.
