Supply, installation and removal of outdoor electrical terminals; and supply, installation and maintenance of a pedestrian access system on Lille and its associated municipalities of Lomme and Hellemmes. Procedure by open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles R. 2124-2-1o, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP).
