Description of the subject of the contract 1. Activity 1. - Maintenance of an existing integrated urban transport management software system (UTMS) with an automatic vehicle positioning and process management subsystem in the MTG (AVL) and a real-time passenger information subsystem (RTPL or RTI) ‘SMARTTRACKER®’ Public Transportation, including central management server software, customer management centre and monitoring centre software. - Maintenance of the operation of the workstations in the GPS center, located in the Municipality of Stara Zagora, maintenance of the Software of the workstations. - Support for UPS and Diesel generator in the GPS center, as well as the connectivity between them, ensuring the work of the server. - Maintenance of AVL equipment and on-board computers with driver touchscreen display for a total of 90 vehicles; hardware and software support for GPS devices in mobile units (trolley buses and buses) carrying out courses for public transport services in Stara Zagora. Transferring a GPS device from one mobile unit to another. - Hardware and software support for 119 electronic information boards /30 with 5 - in-line LED displays; 50 with 3 - in-line LED displays; 39 with 1 - in-line LED displays / placed at the stops of the mass public transport (MGOT). Maintenance of electrical power supply of the information boards - underground or air, by cables HV from the point of connection to the electronic information boards. 2. Activity 2. Delivery and commissioning of new electronic information boards with interactive functions 3. Activity 3. Replacement of components of existing EITs described in Annex 2 of the technical specification from vandalism and/or post-warranty defects.
