Description

The public procurement procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment, medical equipment, sliding doors - brand new (year of production min. 2024) for the Hospital Emergency Department along with its reconstruction and modernization, adaptation of rooms to the needs of assembly according to the following parts: Task 1 Defibrillators, Task 2 X-ray apparatus, Task 3 Endoscopic tower, Task 4 Gastroscopes (Video), Task 5 Operating table, Task 6 X-ray apparatus arm C, Task 7 Portable ultrasound apparatus, Task 8 Tomograph, Task 9 Transport trolleys to transport patients Task 10 Sliding doors. The subject of the contract also includes construction and installation works necessary to perform as adaptation - preparatory works in rooms, in accordance with the hardware requirements of a stationary X-ray machine (Task 2), a tomograph (Task 8), conditioning their correct assembly, reception and subsequent operation, as well as the installation of sliding doors (Task 10). The contract is implemented from the budget of the Ministry of Health as part of the special-purpose grant granted to finance the investment entitled: ‘Reconstruction, modernisation and retrofitting of the Marciniak Hospital Emergency Department’ on the basis of contract No DOI/FM/SMPL/89/MDSOR/2023/120/369 concluded between the Contracting Authority and the State Treasury, the Minister for Health. Based on: 1) Resolution No 173 of the Council of Ministers of 16 August 2022 on the establishment of an investment programme entitled ‘Investment Programme for the Modernisation of Medical Entities’ (M.P. 908); 2) Article 5 para. 4, 6 and 7 of the Act of 7 October 2020 on the Medical Fund (Dz. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1758, as amended); 3) Article 4 para. 3 of the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs (Journal of Laws of 2019, No. Journal of Laws 2022, item 2240); 4) Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 2 December 2010 on the detailed method and procedure of financing investments from the state budget (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws No 238, item 1579).2.
