1. The subject of the contract is the preparation, execution and delivery to the place indicated by the Ordering Party of T-shirts and sports bags with printed logos and the course of four bicycle routes: Vistula Bike Route, VeloDunajec, VeloNatura and VeloMetropolis according to the graphic design provided by the Ordering Party. 2. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of that contract – the model contract – and constitute, respectively, Annex 1C to the Staff Regulations. 3.
