Description

The subject-matter of the contract included the supply of various types of medical devices (clothing materials). The contract was divided into 6 (six) lots, lots 1÷4 being detailed and described in the Technical Specification – Annex 1, an integral part of the Participation Documentation. The contracting authority sets a requirement for the complexity of the tenders for the Lots. Participants shall bid for all the nomenclature units included in the lot in which they participate. If a tenderer does not bid for one or more products of the lot in which it participates, it will be excluded from the procedure for the specific lot. In the event that a participant bids one or more products of the lot in which it participates, but the same do not meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority, it is assumed that the complexity has not been respected and the participant will be excluded from the procedure for the specific lot. Tenderers may submit tenders for one, more or all of the lots. The requirements to be met by the products are set out in the Technical Specification – Annex 1 and in the tender documents. Pursuant to Article 52(5) of the Public Procurement Act, if necessary, the Contracting Authority may require tenderers to provide samples after submission of the tender sent through the platform in order to prove the compliance of the products offered with the parameters set out in the Technical Specification. – Annex 1.
