Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 roku o lasach (tj.: Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 672 - "Ustawa o lasach") obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, utrzymania obiektów turystycznych i edukacyjnych, gospodarki łowieckiej, produkcji szkółkarskiej i nasiennictwa do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Smardzewice w roku 2023. Planowana data rozpoczęcia i zakończenia realizacji umowy: 01.01.2023 r. - 31.12.2023 rok.
