Accordo quadro ai sensi del D.Lgs. 163/2006 e s.m.i. per l'esecuzione, la manutenzione straordinaria di reti e impianti, nonché per la realizzazione di nuove opere in attuazione degli investimenti previsti nel Piano d’Ambito per l’area canavesana. Si prevede di stipulare quattro contratti applicativi annuali di 3 000 000,00 EUR circa ciascuno fino alla concorrenza dell’importo totale di 12 000 000,00 EUR di cui 11 550 000,00 EUR per lavori a misura soggetti a ribasso ed 450 000,00 EUR per oneri della sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso.
